Kim Mulder

Kim is specialised in life sciences & healthcare, especially where these sectors are regulated by the European and national authorities. She issues opinions and litigates on various issues on the product side (medicinal products, medical aids, foods and other health products) and care-related issues (good healthcare provision, client rights and privacy). She can help you with questions relating to authorisation, certification, reimbursement, supervision and enforcement by the authorities, disclosure of government information, subsidy grants and government liability.

Kim graduated at Groningen University in 2005 in private and criminal law. She worked in a commercial law-firm until 2013. In 2012 she completed the specialised post-academic training programme General Administrative Law organised by Grotius with a cum laude certificate. In 2013 she switched to the public sector, where she first worked as a legal advisor and then as a lawyer for the Dutch Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate. Kim is a member of the Dutch Administrative Law Association (VAR), the Dutch Health Law Association (VGR), the Privacy and Law Association (VPR) and Disciplina (the Association for Disciplinary Lawyers). Kim joined Leijnse Artz in 2018.
