Leijnse Artz offers support that spans every area of employment law, including the law applicable to civil servants. From the harmonisation of employment conditions, company transfers and reorganisations to privacy issues, sanctions and individual dismissal matters. We help with negotiations on collective labour agreements, social plans and employee representation issues, but also provide assistance in the area of HR compliance, supervision of absenteeism, outsourcing and other forms of flexible work practices, (international) temporary employment arrangements, unlawful discrimination and equal treatment, employer's liability, work permits, labour conditions and competition clauses. In other words, our work covers every angle of Employment & Employee Participation, and of course includes conducting legal proceedings. Among our clients are employers and employees (including managing directors under the articles of association), as well as works councils and guidance committees.
